Apple product delivery delays
There have been recent delays whilst ordering Apple products from our selected supplier against the Higher Education sector’s new Apple framework agreement.
Delays have been experienced across the Higher Education sector. Our chosen supplier, Stone, have had capacity issues when delivering products to numerous Universities against the new Apple framework agreement.
IT Services and the Procurement Unit have now selected another reseller, Academia, who are already delivering a much better standard of service. We will continue to manage our suppliers to obtain the best value for the University and to deal with any performance issues which cause inconvenience and difficulty.
