| Customer Services Division | |

Liz Bailey |
Focuses on the support of, and communication with, all IT Services customers. It endeavours to create effective relationships with customers of IT Services. In addition, the division supports the implementation of the IT Services project portfolio. |
| Corporate Information Services Division | |

Vipin Ahlawat |
Responsible for the support and development of the key systems that allow both Academic Departments and Corporate Services to operate effectively. These systems include SAP, SITS, the institutional virtual learning environment (VLE) and Adobe Connect. |
| Infrastructure Services Division | |
|
Position Vacant |
Responsible for core computing services including the CFS service, email, central storage and back-up, database services, High Performance Computing and the data and voice networks. It also runs services to support specific applications for departments and other divisions within IT Services. |
