Centrally Timetable rooms
During university terms installed equipment in centrally timetabled rooms does not need to be booked. View the Rooms Directory to see what is available in each room.
Additional equipment/out of term-time
Use the online booking form to request the use of AV equipment in a teaching room for use outside of university terms or for additional services/equipment at any time. For details of equipment installed in each teaching room refer to the Rooms Directory.
Regular bookings
If you need to borrow equipment on a regular basis, fill out one of the following forms:
- Terms Two and Three 2012-2013
- Semester Two 2012-2013
- Out of Term winter/Spring 2012-2013
- Out of Term Summer 2013
