Manage your files and folders
Create a New Folder
- Open Windows Explorer
- Navigate to where you want to create the new folder
- Click the New Folder button

- Type the folder name
- Press Enter
Change your folder view
If you have a lot of files in a folder it is be useful to view your files as a List or showing Details (date modified, type, size).
- Open Windows Explorer
- Click the Change your view button

- Choose how you want to view files

Preview a document
- Open Windows Explorer
- Select a document (including a spreadsheet or presentation)
- Click the Preview Pane button

- Some files may be slow to preview
- Click the Preview Pane button again to hide the preview pane
Use Favorites
Favorites show at the top of Windows Explorer in the Navigation pane. You can use Favorite folders when you:
- Open a file
- Save a file
- Add an attachment to email

Add a Favorite folder
1. Navigate to the folder you want to add so that it shows in the Address Ba

2. Right click on Favorites
3. Choose Add current location to Favorites
