SPECTRE is the University's central Linux service, open to all students, staff and researchers and is accessible both on and off-campus. You can request access by contacting the IT Service Desk and asking them to enable SPECTRE for your account. If you phone, we can do this immediately and you will have access within a few minutes. |
ALICE/HPC |
Our High Performance Computing (HPC) services provide enhanced computational resources for researchers who may be limited by the computing capability of their desktop PC due to processing power, memory size or data storage. Access is permitted to researchers working on approved projects. |
