Check the status of calls to the IT Service Desk?

If you have contacted IT Services with an issue or question you can check the status of your request you can:

  • Phone the IT Service Desk on 0116 252 2253
  • Use the Self Service portal which lists your current help requests
  • Visit the Help Zone in the Library
  • Reply to the email which you received when you raised the help request
