Business Continuity
Business Continuity Management is concerned with managing operational risks with the aim of ensuring that the University can continue to operate at pre-determined minimum levels in the event of an emergency.
It is an holistic management process that identifies potential impacts that threaten the University and provides a framework for building resilience and the capacity for an effective response that safeguards the interests of the University’s activities and its key stakeholders, and also its reputation.
IAS provides support and assistance to Academic Departments and Divisions within Corporate Services in the development of Business Continuity Plans.
