Information and Communications Technology Committee
Terms of Reference
The Information and Communications Technology Committee will report directly to Strategy, Policy and Resources Committee on management and policy matters but will liaise with the Estates and Infrastructure Strategy Committee on infrastructure requests.
This committee will meet once per term and be responsible for all information technology based services that are provided to enrich the learning experience, enable research, support core University business processes and inform strategic decision making. It should:
- Inform the development of ICT strategy and policies and review their implementation
- Approve ICT policy and strategy
- Ensure that ICT investment priorities are effectively aligned with University strategic plan
- Have oversight of HPC activities
- Have oversight of the Information Security Committee
