Committees
Council, the governing body of the University, carries ultimate responsibility for the conduct of the University’s affairs but it is supported in this work by a formal committee system. These Committees report either directly to Council, or to Council via Senate, and on some matters have been delegated decision-making powers direct from Council (see Scheme of Delegated Powers).
