24. How can my employer contribute to paying my course fees?

If your employer is willing to pay some, or all, of your tuition fees for you, you will need to complete a Sponsorship Details Form and return it, together with a confirmation letter from your employer, to the University Cashier’s Office.

The University will then invoice your employer directly for the amount that they have agreed to pay. If your employer is only paying a proportion of your tuition fees you will be required to pay the balance. Normal payment arrangements will apply, including the requirement that you must pay at least the first instalment before you are able to register.

If you have any other queries you should contact the University Cashier’s Office at

Email: dlcashiers@le.ac.uk

Telephone: +44 (0)116 252 7466

Please include your student number, name and course in your email.
