Financial Reporting: Management Accounting
Functions:
- Monitoring of financial performance against the approved budget for academic and administrative departments.
- Providing financial advice to academic and administrative departments to ensure good practice and to support new income generating developments.
- Operation of the University’s resource allocation model for departmental allocations.
- Maintaining running forecasts of academic and administrative pay costs in comparison to budget.
- Financial support to the budget holders of HEFCE and TTA specific grants.
