How to Register

WHO CAN REGISTER

Any Student or member of Staff at Leicester University (including Husbands/Wives/Partners & Children) who are entitled to NHS services can register as long as they intend to be permanenlty resident within the practice boundary.  If the residency is less than 3 months, you should wait until you need treatment and ask to be seen as a temporary resident.

Our standard boundary is for everyone, if the application is for a student household only then the 'student' boundary is used.

Please complete the application form giving Names and Date of Birth as they appear on birth certificates or passports, previous UK addresses must match those held on the NHS Database, previous GP details should be as full as you can recall (town, road, gp name,name of surgery all help).
