Change of address

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Please notify us whenever you change your address.  If you do not do this, the Health Authority could recall your medical records and you would no longer be registered with the health centre.   You should also notify any hospitals where you are receiving treatment, or to which you have been referred.  If you do not you may miss your appointment or treatment.

Wheelchair Users

The consulting room doors are quite narrow and do not allow entry with some wheelchairs.

There are steep steps to a small number of consulting rooms. When booking an appointment please ask to see someone in a room before the steps.

The nearest wheelchair accessible toilet is in the student counselling building, next door to the health centre. Please be aware that this building is sometimes closed and unavailable.
