Courtesy and respect

The health centre aims to provide a high quality service to all patients in the context of a significantly under-resourced National Health Service.  We aim to treat our patients with respect and dignity and expect the same for our staff.  Any discourtesy or rudeness will result in your immediate removal from our list.

Wheelchair Users

The consulting room doors are quite narrow and do not allow entry with some wheelchairs.

There are steep steps to a small number of consulting rooms. When booking an appointment please ask to see someone in a room before the steps.

The nearest wheelchair accessible toilet is in the student counselling building, next door to the health centre. Please be aware that this building is sometimes closed and unavailable.
