PACS - Contact Details
The Porters are the first point of contact for access to locked rooms or buildings. Porters are available for moving equipment and for emergency cleaning jobs. Contact the zone porters for short notice jobs. For major issues or escalation please contact the zone supervisor. If you have a problem with cleaning please speak to your lead cleaner and escalate to the customer care quality supervisor if necessary.
To contact a porter on the radio from your phone dial 1010 and listen to the instructions. You will be asked to dial 44 followed by the radio number.

Each zone has a Team Leader, listed first for each zone, and a Deputy Team Leader, listed second. these change from time to time and it is always best to email the zone porters, or contact the supervisors. However you might wish to try radioing the team leaders for jobs which need doing at short notice.
