Customer Care and Office Support
The Customer Care and Office Support Section of the EFMD is mainly concerned with supporting the needs of all who work within the Division. There is a Systems Officer, a Training Officer and a Finance Team. For more information on staff support please go to the Information for Estates Staff page. The section is headed by Jas Lail, pictured right.
The section is also home to the University Insurance Service.

The Division has a formal feedback and complaints procedure but we very much hope that issues can be dealt with at an earlier stage by contacting the service directly.
The Finance Team deals with all the internal finance within the Division; queries on the processing of invoices, purchase orders and financial statements should be directed to the team, contact details below.
