Course aims

The course aims are different in each of the two semesters. Areas covered include:
- Presentation skills
- Writing emails, letters and reports
- Developing vocabulary in areas such as marketing, finance, economics, politics, law and business studies
- Using graphs and charts to commuincate information
- Research skills
Who is this course for?
- These courses are open to all Erasmus and Study Abroad students for university credits.
- Students should have an upper-intermediate level of English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
- No previous knowledge or experience of economics, marketing, finance or business is required.
Assessment
Students are assessed on a combination of written and oral work produced during the course; there is no end-of-course exam.
