HEIF Metrics Growth Fund

Funding available now for pump-priming knowledge exchange activities.

The University receives support from HEFCE through the Higher Education Innovation Fund (HEIF) to support knowledge exchange activities.  The funding supports a wide range of activities, including funds available to Colleges, Departments and individuals supporting and aiding in the development of sustainable, long-term knowledge exchange activities and external relationships.

Knowledge exchange activity can generate relationships resulting in many benefits including funding for research and consultancy, and evidence for impact case studies.

£350,000 is now available to support activities promoting and developing knowledge exchange activities.  Funds are available on a competitive basis.

Potential applicants are advised to discuss their proposal with Lisa Stocks (lisa.stocks@le.ac.uk, Ext 5120) prior to submission.  Please note that college support for applications will also be required.

Workshops may be held in 2012 where more information will be made available, information on these dates will be published shortly.  To register your interest, please contact Julie Dexter (jd103@le.ac.uk, Ext 2437)

Lunch will not be provided however tea and coffee will be available.
