The Managing Distance Learning section pulls together the administrative infrastructure and operational advice and guidance required for successful distance learning implementation and delivery. There is also a comprehensive sub-section on 'Working with Partners'.

Code of Practice for Distance Learning

Managing Distance Learning is a complex business. The University maintains a robust quality assurance process for all its courses by adhering to QAA advice, and complying with HESA guidelines. To help us do this, we have our own Code of Practice on Distance Learning (pdf) that covers many aspects of how we manage and organise Distance Learning at the University of Leicester.

In this section, we will organise resources according to the development and implementation of a new distance learning course. Due to the nature of this information some of the links will be restricted to staff of the University of Leicester.
