Then wait no more! This is your chance to Be Someone’s Volunteer.  

Come along to the volunteering session on Tuesday 14th February with ideas of how you could make an older person feel special.  The Volunteering Team will be on hand to help you plan activities in groups ready for going out to a Care Home on Friday afternoon.  On Friday 17th February we will find you a suitable Care Home in the city so you can go and make someone’s day brighter.  You only require one hour’s commitment on Friday afternoon.

Come along to the session in the Seminar Room at the Careers Service (2nd Floor, David Wilson Library) with your ideas and enthusiasm.  All you have to do is turn up Tuesday, think about doing something wonderful for another person and then put it into action on Friday.
