Who is this workshop for?

If you are about to start or are currently working on an undergraduate or Masters dissertation, consider attending this workshop to discuss dissertation-related issues and queries.

How does it work?

We will decide what aspects of the dissertation process to discuss as a group. These could include:

  • Getting organised.

  • Managing the reading.

  • Planning the research.

  • Writing the first draft.

  • Redrafting, editing and proofreading. 

Do I need to do anything to prepare?

You might want to bring along any relevant materials, such as any plans or notes that you've made, or dissertation guidance that you've received from your department.

  • All rooms are wheelchair accessible

  • Special requirements can be catered for (eg large print materials) click here to let us know what you need
