Peer Assisted Learning Leicester Award
The Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Leicester Award aims to build on and accredit Peer Mentoring/Peer Assisted Learning activities undertaken by University of Leicester students.
In order to obtain the Award you will have to evidence at least 20 hours of Peer Assisted Learning leadership related activities (inclusive of any team meetings, preparation, publicity etc.) which could take the form of face to face support sessions, IT mediated support or resource development. We will also ask you to:
- submit a completed skills audit and a 1500-2000 word blog or assignment reflecting on the activities undertaken and skills gained;
- deliver a 10 minute presentation.
If you take part, we will provide you with the training required and you will keep in touch with us through regular updates.
