The Leicester Award for Employability encompasses a range of employability courses and programmes available to University of Leicester students. All programmes are designed to help you to develop, assess, recognise and record the employability skills you are gaining through extra and co-curricular activities.

The Leicester Award for Employability gives you the opportunity to gain a qualification which encourages reflection and personal development in a range of ways. You can access the qualification by pursuing any of the following programmes.

The programmes are all unique and have distinct and different content, so you can select to follow more than one. However, each programme requires a significant time commitment for experiential learning and assignments, so you will need to consider how much time they have available.
