Exhibition display area

• Stand space is 2.5m x 1.5m.
• Two chairs and one table are provided.
• Power sockets are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Set-up at the fair

Exhibitors are expected to arrive around 09:00 to ensure they have plenty of time to unload and set up. The fair will run from: 11:00-15:00.

NB: We politely ask all stands to be fully set up by 10:45 at the latest.

Please note: due to refurbishment this event is being held in the Charles Wilson Sports Hall, Ground Floor Charles Wilson Building.

Refreshments and lunch

• Refreshments and lunch vouchers for two exhibitors are included in the cost of attendance.
• There is an additional charge for extra delegates attending (£17.50 per delegate).
• If additional delegates arrive on the day, the University will charge an extra delegate fee.
