The venue: The event will be held in the Charles Wilson Sports Hall on the Ground Floor of the Charles Wilson Building on the main campus of the University of Leicester. All maps of the campus and surrounding area can be found here.

Campus directions: You are able to enter the campus at entrance 1 on University Road (LE1 7RH) to drop any materials you have at the Charles Wilson Building (you will need to follow the traffic flow instructions around campus, please see map). However, due to space limitations, you are not able to park on campus. Any vehicles parked on campus without authority may be clamped.

Parking: Once you have dropped any exhibiting materials off, your nearest parking will be at the Victoria Park 'Pay and Display' car park on the corner of Granville Road and Regent Road near to the entrance of De Montfort Hall. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the University from here. There is also a Euro car park on Almond Road, next to Morrison’s supermarket, a short way down Welford Road towards the city centre from the University. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the University from here. The nearest multi-storey car park is at East Street, near the city centre. This is an NCP car park. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the University from here.
