As part of the Leicester Award for Employability, Student Development is offering this fantastic opportunity for students to enhance their employability by participating in this six month career management and skills programme. The programme is designed to help students plan for their careers, develop important skills such as communication, teamwork, project management and leadership, and encourage then to make the most of their part time work and voluntary experience. Students who complete the Experience Employability programme will receive The Leicester Award: Leadership and Management. This achievement will be recorded on their degree transcripts when they graduate.
