Graduate Gateways – connecting SMEs with talent

In the last 3 years we have placed nearly 100 graduates into paid graduate internships with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across the UK. Therefore, we know first hand how important it is that you find the right talent for your business. Our dedicated team have the expertise to help you attract, recruit and retain high quality graduates who have the knowledge, skills and insight to add value to your business.

Benefits of recruiting a graduate:

  • Support resourcing challenges – graduates can be focused on just one project or be engaged to support peak periods
  • Test drive your talent and reduce risks normally associated with permanent recruitment
  • Enhance perspective and energy within your business with fresh viewpoints and recent thinking
  • Promote your brand and opportunities amongst  the next generation of employees
  • Increase employee retention and productivity – graduates who become permanent after fixed-term contacts typically stay longer in role and contribute more
