We have an in-house photographer to support the University’s special and day-to-day needs. We can also put you in touch with recommended freelance photographers.
The University photographic service will close on 13th March 2015. Our Photographer, Colin Brooks, is leaving the University. Through this web page, staff will be able to access contact details for local freelance photographers who have provided their services to the University.

We charge for expenses and materials such as the cost of printing. Most work carried out by our in-house photographer is digital photography on campus which is free of charge.
What you can expect
We will do our best to satisfy your requests for photography in a timely fashion. Your images will be supplied ready-to-use; properly colour-balanced and retouched and supplied in the format and size of your choice. Please note that we do not offer an archive service, you must file your copies safely for future use in your department.
What we expect from you
If you have an event for which you need a photographer in attendance please give us plenty of time to organise this for you. Occasionally we would like to visit your location prior to the shoot so that we can achieve the best images for you. You might also be asked to provide us with suitable models, who have agreed to be photographed and must sign our permissions form (Word).
