Student Accommodation
Our top priority is making sure you have somewhere welcoming, comfortable and safe to live. We believe that living in University accommodation is the best way to make the most of your time with us. Certainly new students find the experience memorable and many return in subsequent years to benefit from what we can offer.
- Oadby Student Village primarily accommodates first year students and provides both catered and self catered contracts.
- Self Catered City Living primarily accommodates post graduate and international students.
- Your Room (types explained) will explain the different room types that each site has to offer.
- Private Rented Sector provides information about SULETS, the lettings agency run by the Students' Union.
- Disability Provision is a brief overview of the services we provide for disabled students, including information on the AccessAbility Centre.
The University of Leicester has a strong academic base built upon the quality of its teaching and research. However, we are equally proud of the friendly and supportive culture within which our students are encouraged to achieve their full intellectual potential. Over the past 70 years we have continually invested in our accommodation to meet the growing and changing needs of students.
