Beaumont and Digby Hall is situated in the University Botanical Gardens and is always popular with new and returning students.

The Hall accommodates over 300 single study bedrooms grouped together in eight blocks, some of which offer full ensuite facilities.

Rocklands House is a large Edwardian house set in the grounds, which houses 23 self catered students, some in shared rooms.

Beaumont House contains the Site reception for Beaumont Hall and Digby Hall, the dining room, the Common Room, TV room and the music practice room and also some study bedrooms. The Hall has launderette facilities and limited student car parking is available.

There are 267 student places at Digby Hall, split between purpose built blocks of study bedrooms and converted large houses. The majority of houses are located in the University's Botanical Gardens and have a number of large rooms that are used as shared accommodation.

All catered meals are taken at Beaumont Hall.
