Deposits

International and postgraduate students are required to pay a £250 deposit when submitting their application. 

If you accept our offer of accommodation and then fail to arrive in Leicester to take up residency we will retain the whole of your deposit as a cancellation/administration charge.

Deposit payments cannot be transferred from one year to another.
