Conferences (Oadby Student Village Only)

During the vacation periods bedrooms and other facilities are used to facilitate our very important conference trade. Income from conferences helps to subsidise student residence fees and we ask that you co-operate with any reasonable requests. This is the reason we ask you to clear your room at vacations.

Conferences are also held during term-time. Any such events will be well advertised with notice given and will only use common areas not bedrooms. There should be only minimal, if any, disruption to the normal routine.
