Common Rooms
Some of our sites have common rooms where students can socialise. Look for the common room symbol on the accommodation pages to see if your site has one.
Common rooms are communal areas designed for the use of all students at a particular site. Facilities vary between sites but common rooms can have a number of items, including:
- Sofas
- A television
- Sky TV
- A pool table
- Table football
- Vending machines
- Table tennis
- A bar
- Games consoles
There is a separate Arts in the Village common room located in Gilbert Murray House. This common room is an alcohol free area where students can share creative ideas, get involved in the Arts in the Village programme and nurture their artistic talents.
