Video: Local news agency provides highlights from Heartbeat Ball

Leicester-based Pukaar News have taken a lot of interest in the University lately, including an interview with Vice-Chancellor

March’s Heartbeat Ball was a huge success, raising over £75,000 to help fund a new Cardiovascular Research Centre at Glenfield Hospital. Over 400 supporters and guests attended a spectacular night of fine dining, live music and a gala auction, all filmed and broadcast live by the UK's number one Asian TV channel, Star Plus.

Also on hand were Pukaar News, based in Leicester’s Phoenix Square, to report on the night and they have also put together a video of highlights for YouTube:

Pukaar is an independent agency providing news to TV channels and newspapers, and publishes a regular magazine that Leicester residents can find in local supermarkets. The latest issue contains an interview with Professor Sir Robert Burgess, with an accompanying video which you can also watch on YouTube:
