Creative writer blogs on weird writings for Guardian

Posted by pt91 at Aug 04, 2011 02:53 PM |

Damien Walter has secured his own blog for the national newspaper’s book section.

As Course Director for our Certificate of Higher Education in Creative Writing, Damien knows a thing or two about writing. A regular blogger for his own website and contributor to several others, he has been contributing to the Guardian’s book blog for the past four years.

Now, he has his own Guardian blog dedicated to the world of speculative fiction. He knows this territory well too, with several published science fiction stories to his name.

Similarly inspired writers can join Damien on the two-year Certificate in Creative Writing course via the Institute of Lifelong Learning. Members of writing group Vaughan Writers are among those to have graduated from the course and they continue to find success with their work.
