The Document Supply Service allows registered users to request items which are not available in the University Library.  Books, journal articles, reports, conferences, theses, standards and patents can all be obtained from around the globe.

The service is available to:

  • Academic and other members of University staff
  • Research, post-graduate and undergraduate students
  • Members of the Leicester Institute for Lifelong Learning.

We also loan materials to other libraries.

If you are a distance learning student please see the specific information about postal book loans and requesting photocopies from David Wilson Library's collections.  You might also want to learn about searching for openly accessible publications as well.
