Scanning - Important Deadlines for 2010/2011

Completed Request Forms should be sent to us by email. You must make a request on the following forms otherwise it will be returned unprocessed.

Semester 1

• Please submit your Document Request Form by 30th July to ensure your documents are available by the start of Semester 1.

Semester 2

• Please submit your Document Request Form by 30th November to ensure your documents are available by the start of Semester 2.
