Tell us where you are and what the problem is e.g. "Silent Zone, Blue Zone floor 3 - group of students chatting" or "Silent PC Zone 2.2 student talking on a mobile phone"

We will then come and check and take the appropriate action. You will receive a text to confirm that action is being taken.

This service will operate between 9am and 9pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 12 noon to 6pm.

Please note it is not possible to get a mobile signal in all areas of the Library. If you have problems messaging you are welcome to visit the Service Desk on the ground floor and tell us in person.

Outside of these hours please speak to the member of security staff patrolling or visit the Service Desk.
