If we or yourself receive frequent questions about a product or service we can post the question on the self help portal.  The customers on enquiring with shop@le are automatically directed to this service to find help.

If the customer's question is not answered by this service they then can log an enquiry through the portal. The enquiry will then be automatically directed to the appropriate department via the online system.
