Environment Team Sustainability Teaching

Venue: Leicester City Primary Schools
Participant / Target Audience: KS2
Date: Throughout Spring Term
Contact: CSEoutreach@le.ac.uk

Throughout the spring term student and staff volunteers from the University’s Environment Team will be going into Leicester City primary schools to teach topics surrounding sustainability. From lessons on renewable energy methods and recycling through to cultural differences on attitudes towards climate change, we hope to broaden and expand the knowledge of what school pupils already know on this fascinating topic.

This is something that is already happening and we hope to cumulate our teaching in National Science and Engineering Week however if you know a school that would like to get involved please do not hesitate to contact us on CSEoutrecah@le.ac.uk.
