National Science and Engineering Week

National Science and Engineering Week is an annual event organised in conjunction with the British Science Association, which aims to inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers, and show how the broad subjects continually relate to our everyday lives.

This year National Science and Engineering Week (NSEW) runs from 15 to 24 March 2013. The theme is 'Invention and Discovery'.

There will be a range of events at - or organised by - the University of Leicester during NSEW 2013, some open to the general public and some aimed at schools. For a full list of the events avaliable this year visit the events and activities page.

If you would like to receive information about future events when they become available, please join the mailing list.

Browse our NSEW websites from previous years to see examples of some events which we have held in the past.
