Hermione Lee is a biographer, critic and teacher. Her books include biographies of Virginia Woolf and Edith Wharton. She has also written books on Elizabeth Bowen, Philip Roth, Willa Cather, and on biography.

She is currently writing a biography of Penelope Fitzgerald. She is President of Wolfson College Oxford, an FRSL, FBA, and CBE.

The Fielding Johnson Building South Wing is fully accessible for disabled visitors. Limited parking is available on campus and at the satellite car park on Welford Road. Visitors are advised to use public transport.
