Summer Careers Fair
When: 15 May 2012 11.00am - 3.00pm
Where: Percy Gee Building, University of Leicester
Throughout each academic year, the Careers Service arranges a number of Career Fairs which are free of charge for University of Leicester students and graduates to attend. At these Careers Fairs, employers, professional bodies and recruitment agencies take stands so they can present themselves to students and explain the benefits they offer.

Employers will discuss employment opportunities, current vacancies, career prospects, training and placement/intern schemes. This isn’t a job interview (unless you’re spectacularly fortunate!) but the day does offer a great opportunity for students to meet potential employers face-to-face – and explain the benefits you can offer them.
Careers Fairs are primarily aimed at penultimate and final year students and graduates, but they are also open to first and second years who want to be really on the ball with their career planning.
