Mugging in Victoria Park
Students' Union vice president welfare, Julia Coates has again stressed the need for students to be conscious of their safety.
Julia gave the advice following a recent attack on three students in Victoria Park.
"I cannot stress enough how dangerous it is to walk across the park at night," says Julia.
She advised students to use the safety bus service that operates every night from campus.
On Wednesday 10 May, three students were attacked while walking across the park to Red Leicester.
