A limited number of spaces are still available for the second annual Postgraduate Careers Symposium for the College Science and Engineering.
This event includes networking and workshop activities that build key skills for all new PhD graduates across the professional disciplines. Presentations on the British Antarctic Survey and East Midlands Development sustainability will highlight a wide range of career opportunities across the disciplines.

The Postgraduate Careers Symposium for the College of Science and Engineering offers an exciting opportunity for postgraduate students and postdoctoral research staff to explore a wide range of potential career paths, work on the development of their employability skills and learn more about the career destinations of PhD graduates from their discipline areas.
The event will be held on Tuesday 23rd March 2010, in the Charles Wilson Building. Please book via the online booking form on the www.le.ac.uk/pgcareers . This event is free to attend, however we are unable to confirm your place without a £10 cheque deposit made payable to ‘The University of Leicester’ and return to:

Booking requests from people who have not paid deposits will not be accepted and they will be unable to attend. The deadline for submitting both the online booking form and deposit has been extended to Friday 12th March 2010.
