- Professor Dick Aldridge (Geology) has received global media coverage for his find of the oldest fish fossils in Africa - including "Spektrum der Wissenschaft", which is the German edition of 'Scientific American' (circulation about 100,000, article to go in July edition) and "Sportsfiskeren" which is a non-profit magazine that goes out to 30,000 Danish anglers. An article is also duie to appear in a forthcoming issue of the magazine, Focus.
