Online survey of nursing staff
The cross-sectional staff survey explored wellbeing and job satisfaction in nurses providing older adult care.
The survey is now closed and a summary of the results are currently being made available to participating NHS Trusts. The findings were also presented to the Royal College of Nurses at the Annual International Nursing Research Conference, 20-22 March 2013, Belfast.
