Dr John Maltby

Senior Lecturer

My research focuses on how the dynamic between agency and structure shapes human beliefs and behaviour.  A key feature of my work a) capacity for human beings to make choices and to impose those choices on their world, and b) how individuals respond, or feel able to respond, to social influence.
