Medical and Social Care Education at Leicester


Our well established Medical School offers a comprehensive, integrated approach to medicine with excellent facilities and clinical opportunities, in 5-year and 4-year (graduate entry) MBChB programmes.	Founded in 1966, the School of Social Work, with its programme parters in the community, provides social work education and training at both qualifying (MA) and post-qualifying levels.

Operating Department Practitioners work with other professions to ensure operations are safe and effective. Our programme, provided by a dedicated team, has very high levels of student satisfaction.	Follow this well regarded Physiotherapy BSc degree, awarded by Coventry University, at the University of Leicester. Teaching takes place at both campuses with the majority at the Leicester.
