Biography

Steve graduated with a BA from the University of Warwick in 1999. He worked for several years in industry and in education before joining the PhD programme at the University of Leicester in autumn 2007.

Research Interests

Steve’s research is concerned with different and critical understandings of how precarious and insecure work impacts on organizations and the economy, as well as more broadly on the nature of labour under post-Fordism.  He is also interested in anti-capitalism, trade unionism, social movements and worker - insubordination.
